Overview
Outdoor flagpoles are made of aluminum or steel, in one piece or in sections, with a fixed or rotating top. The flag is raised with a halyard over a pulley or held on an arm. Indoor poles are lighter and slimmer, assemble from sections and take decorative finials. For building facades, wall brackets hold one or several poles.
We choose the pole height and type to suit the flag size, the location and wind load, supply ground anchors and handle installation. A tip: for outdoor flags, choose a rotating top so the flag wraps around the pole less and keeps its appearance longer. Plan the height so the flag stays clear of people and trees.
