Installation is the final and most intense stage: within the organizer's time slot, the structure has to go up, the lighting has to be connected and the graphics and furniture have to be in place. Our crews work from drawings and a prepared plan, including night shifts when needed. After the show closes, we take everything apart, pack it and haul it away.
We arrange passes for the crew, organize delivery and coordinate with the venue's technical team. Before opening we check every joint and hand the stand over with a signed acceptance form. A tip: book your load-in time and power hookup as soon as your participation is confirmed. Slots on the first build-up days fill quickly.
