We make neon signs from flexible neon: a silicone tube with an LED strip inside. It produces a soft, continuous glow like classic glass neon but is lighter, safer, and more energy-efficient. The tube is shaped along the outline of the lettering or logo and fixed to a clear or colored acrylic backing. Various colors are available, including controllable RGB.
We convert your sketch into an outline suited to flexible neon, build the sign, and supply it with a power unit. Keep in mind that very small details and thin fonts do not render well in neon: for legibility, choose simple lines and adequate letter height. For outdoor use, we build a moisture-protected version.
